(Vhembe, Mopani, Sekhukhune and Waterberg).
The following should accompany the application form:
1. Letter of motivation
2. Provisional admission letter from the university
3. Certified copy of recent examinations results
4. Copy of parent’s/guardians’s income/salary advice and/or signed by a commissioner of Oaths or Justice Peace
5. Certified copy of ID of applicant
