WHO IS NATIONAL HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION?
The National Housing Finance Corporation (NHFC) is a development finance institution that makes available finance and is involved in the facilitation of the development of affordable houses to low- and middle-income earning households of South Africa
The NHFC offers a higher education bursary with the aim of assisting to build capacity, expertise and employment opportunities to the housing finance sector.
University and university of technology students students, from 2nd year and postgraduate study levels, in the fields listed herebelow, are invited to apply for consideration for the NHFC Bursary Fund.
BURSARY DESCRIPTION
The National Housing Finance Corporation bursary is offered to qualifying students who have the drive and the will to further their education at institutions of higher learning in South Africa but have no financial means.

ELIGIBILITY
If you wish to apply for this bursary opportunity you must be able to demonstrate that- You are previously disadvantaged South African Citizen
- Be able to show your high academic performance and achievement
Although the allocation of the full bursary quantum shall, as a rule be honoured, the National Housing Finance Corporation reserves the right to prioritise tuition fees, prescribed books and course material. Student accommodation and other requirements will be given less priority. The NHFC
The NHFC bursary is renewable each year, depending on academic performance.

- Proof of enrollment by the University
- Academic record on the official letterhead
- of the University
- ID of Parent/Guardian
- IDs/Birth Certificates of all persons listed as

- Proof of Monthly Income of
- Parent/Guardian
If the necessary and instructed documentation is not attached to the NHFC Bursary Application Form, it will not be considered further.
